Boarding procedures
The process for boarding varies depending on the type of course.
Please determine your course number by the first letter of the alphabet.
Customers participating in courses with course numbers starting with "A, B, C, R"
If you have not yet made your payment or have any changes to your ticket, please complete the boarding procedure at the ticket office counter no later than 20 minutes before the departure time.
However, customers who have tickets or coupons purchased at a travel agency, or who have paid in advance by bank transfer or credit card, do not need to complete the boarding procedure. Please come to the boarding area 10 minutes before the departure time and wait for the boarding announcement.
Customers participating in courses with course numbers starting with "H, P, W, N, F, etc."
Registration is done before boarding all courses. On the day, please come to the meeting place by the designated meeting time and present your purchased coupon or a copy of the transfer slip to the boarding staff.
